Cancellation Policy
Look Who’s Fit LLC – Booking Policy At Look Who’s Fit LLC, we believe that consistency and commitment are key to achieving fitness goals. To ensure the best experience for both clients and trainers, we have established the following booking policy: 1. Booking in Advance All training sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. This allows trainers to properly prepare for your session and ensures you receive a well-structured workout plan tailored to your needs. 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. This courtesy gives trainers time to adjust their schedules and accommodate other clients. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations (less than 2 hours’ notice) are considered inconsiderate and disruptive. No-shows (failing to show up without prior notice) will result in the session being forfeited with no make-up session provided. 4. Penalties for Repeated Violations On the third offense of failing to book in advance, cancel on time, or showing up late without notice, a fee will be applied to your account. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow this policy. These guidelines are in place to respect your trainer’s time and commitment while helping you stay accountable to your fitness journey. Thank you for your cooperation!
